Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges.

Shipping

Purchased items will be shipped within 1 business day of the order. Please allow up to 1 week from ship date for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week, please notify info@durothreads.com and provide us with your order number.

Domestic (USA) - USPS Mail: All domestic orders that are less than 15oz are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. The standard shipping cost is $6.95. Orders over 15oz will ship via USPS Priority Mail for the standard shipping cost of $8.95 - $12.95. Free shipping is available for orders over $49.

International - USPS Mail: International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail for a standard cost of $20. Standard delivery time can vary from 7-30 business days from date shipped. As of now, USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Please contact info@durothreads.com if you have any questions. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Returns & Exchanges:

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please follow the return instructions on the packing list included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 7 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
